Returns & Refunds At Beverly Lane Collections, I want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase. Because many of my items are handmade or made‑to‑order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If something arrives damaged: Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I will make it right with a replacement or refund.

If the wrong item arrives: I will correct the order immediately at no cost to you.

Non‑returnable items: • Handmade throws • Plushies • Pet beds • Scarves • Any custom or personalized items

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, work may have already begun.
