Shipping policy

Processing Time Many items in my shop are handmade or made‑to‑order. These items are prepared and shipped by me, and typically leave my studio within 3–7 business days.

Items fulfilled through my trusted partners (such as Zendrop) may require additional processing time before shipping.

Shipping Rates I use a simple, flat $8.00 shipping rate for all orders. Product prices already include the supplier’s shipping cost when applicable.

Delivery Time • Handmade items: usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. • Partner‑fulfilled items: typically arrive within 10–20 days, depending on the supplier and destination.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect Address If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delays are outside my control. I will help you work with the carrier if a package is lost or significantly delayed.

Handmade Items Because many items are handmade, slight variations in color or texture are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted goods.
